I am so NOT a gambler. or at least, not a good one. I think I'll stick to scratch offs in the future. At least there's a chance of breaking even. :-)Lilly Gaylehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12085355337721818824noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4715895375151487456.post-46673881773768684902012-03-31T19:58:53.920-04:002012-03-31T19:58:53.920-04:00Lilly, I would help my son and save some for my gr...Lilly, I would help my son and save some for my grandson and then I would take a trip to Colorado to see my sister-in-law and my niece, who I haven't seen in 45 years. We do keep in touch through phone, email and mail and now Facebook. That is my dream vacation, if I win the lottery! But I need the courage to gamble, and I am not a gambler.
I love your idea, and hope you win!
Hugs!
Beckyrbooth43https://www.blogger.com/profile/13397822821356862700noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4715895375151487456.post-465090461268297672012-03-30T13:21:27.686-04:002012-03-30T13:21:27.686-04:00Sounds like a plan Juturna. She got married in 2006 and continued her education without help from mom and dad. Youngest daughter lived at home while attending college and is now making more than me! But at least we didn't have to take out loans and she paid for much of her books/gas/food etc. herself. Can't imagine having to pay off law school or med school. I graduated from Elon and x-ray school in 1982 and didn't finish paying off my student loans until 1985. Can't imagine how much college will cost my grandchildren! If I win the lottery, I guess I'll have to set up a college fund for them.Lilly Gaylehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12085355337721818824noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4715895375151487456.post-67238934503903884992012-03-30T11:01:43.397-04:002012-03-30T11:01:43.397-04:00Pay off school loans! And since he went to law school, not sure there'd be anything left over. ;)

But assuming there way, probably give my parents enough to retire on, sink some into a house so I wouldn't have to make rent payments for the rest of my life, donate a little, and then invest the rest.Rebekkah Nileshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06684711663696588263noreply@blogger.com
